Fit limits
For series-specific comparison; CD12 is a wick designation, not a vessel-size or universal wax-fit promise.
Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for the exact item. A photo or shared size label does not establish a safe candle formulation or equipment compatibility.
A CLOSER LOOK AT THIS SUPPLY
Consider the details.
GSXRB's selected CD12 pack contains one hundred wicks with a stated six-inch length. The source describes a cotton-and-paper construction, pre-applied wax and metal bases. The CD12 designation identifies the selected wick family and size rather than the quantity or a container measurement. This is a wick supply for comparison with a documented candle formulation, not a complete candle-making kit with vessels and wax.
When comparing several CD-series options, keep the exact designation with the original pack or a clearly labeled storage container. Wicks can look similar even when their series sizes differ, so visual appearance alone is a poor way to distinguish them after unpacking. Check both the available length and the supporting tab arrangement against the project information you already have. A larger series number should not be treated as a general upgrade that can replace another wick without reassessing the complete combination.
The source gives a pool-diameter suggestion and broad statements about smoke, stability and materials. Those are not independent burn tests and are not used to guarantee fit or finished-candle behavior here. A generic item count describes the bundle ambiguously, while the title and contents clearly identify one hundred wicks. No environmental, metal-free or safer-burning claim is adopted, and the page does not provide a recipe or a validated wick-and-vessel match.
