THE SUPPLY NOTEBOOK
What does the candle-making kit actually include?
Read the contents as an inventory
Start with the selected kit’s itemized contents rather than the styled finished candle in its lead photograph. A set might combine wax, wicks, vessels and a pitcher, while another contains only one type of supply. Count physical pieces separately from their sizes, colors or cavity counts. Keep a lid, wick holder, tab, label or dust cover in its own category instead of merging unlike components into a misleading total.
Distinguish supplies from the reusable equipment
Consumable materials and reusable tools affect the comparison in different ways. Check which materials must be bought again and which listed tools the selected kit actually supplies. Do not infer the inclusion of a stove, electric heating base, scale or thermometer from a demonstration photo. Review the tool specifications and the manufacturer’s directions for its stated use before planning a setup.
Question the completeness claim
A title saying starter kit does not establish that the pack includes every item your particular process needs. Check the exact variation, each listed part and any seller exclusions. This shop does not estimate the number of finished candles from a wax weight or jar count, and it does not certify a kit as ready to sell. Confirm those decisions against the instructions and your actual formulation.
